Shipping policy

At Pure Serenity, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered quickly and safely. Please read our shipping details below.

Shipping Methods

• Orders under 2kg: Delivered via Royal Mail 48 Tracked or Royal Mail 24 Tracked if Express Shipping is selected. 
• Orders over 2kg: Delivered via Evri (formerly Hermes) or DPD. Please note if you would like your order sent by DPD your phone number will be required. You can enter this at checkout or through email. 

Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping Royal Mail 48: £2.00 for all orders under £25.
• Express Shipping Royal Mail 24: £3.00 for all orders.
• Free Shipping: On standard shipping orders over £25.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) and generally posted by 11am each day. 

Estimated Delivery Time

• Royal Mail 48: 2-3 business days
• Royal Mail 24: 1-2 business days.
• Evri: 2-3 business days.
• DPD 1-2 business days.

Please Note - As of 28/7/25 Royal Mail will only deliver Royal Mail 48 (2nd Class) post on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Royal Mail 24 (1st Class) will be delivered as normal including Saturdays. This is not a guaranteed delivery service and delivery times are estimates only. 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information via email, so you can monitor the delivery status of your crystals.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Shipping is available within the UK only.
